Yes, it is. I was offered in Ufa. But at the moment I am not ready to accept the offer of the Ministry of Defence.

But still, what were you doing in Saint Petersburg?

I had a tour. After all, it's the cultural capital of Russia, which has lots of attractions. I went and admired the city, every area. Besides, these places are associated with my service.

After our conversation, you, being in Moscow, went to the metro station Yugo-Zapadnaya. Why did the police stopped you?

Probably, they simply had dated information: after all, it is subway, because of this information perhaps reach them long. Although, maybe someone paid for these purposes because all of a sudden a lot of journalists appeared out of nowhere. Apparently, the reporters came to the police to cause some kind of resonance. Because when I was standing there, there was no police, then suddenly a Sergeant appeared, and journalists appeared immediately after that.

How did you get to Ufa and native Kumertau? Is it true that you used the search service of travel companions?

Yes, by land. I didn't stop in Ufa. In fact, the journey was quiet and peaceful, but there was a reaction at a gas station. It seemed they were not related to the police initially. But as I understand it, they got a call from the police anyway. Probably, the information came to them with difficulties. They called the police, and the police reassured them that everything was fine. Yes, it was a little. I myself, my brother, was in shock. Thank God, I reached Kumertau safely.

Outside my apartment, there are some inadequate journalists waiting — such as ones who from the very beginning warmed up the topic. Those journalists have some unhealthy order.

As for journalists — only the most inadequate, so-called tabloids. But there are also those who write true things, how it really is: if something is good — they write ''good'' things, if there is something bad — they write ''bad'' things. They have a proof of every fact and they do not rely only on their opinion. They rely on proven information of law enforcement bodies, public organisations. Tabloids just do their job. Those who accused at first, they apologised. REN TV apologised, then journalists from some TV company, can't remember the name. After all, journalists are more informed than ordinary people. Many wrote from the point of view of law enforcement bodies, public organisations, and they gave information quite competently and stopped there. But tabloids continue to write like they have written, they are still trying to write something.

Do people in the street often recognize you?

They also recognised me before that incident. Because I have been having the corresponding lifestyle for many years already. I wish I had done it since early childhood. Appearance is the manifestation of the disposition. I always try to show disposition, shame, respect for society — the basics. It (the society) also show respect to me. The situation that has happened was perceived by some journalists positively, by others — negatively.

Ilyas, I must say that many people asked to tell you the words of support. Your words inspire not only Muslim believers.

We have found out that your mother is being in the hospital in post-infarction condition. How did she take the message about you, being in the hospital?

Where did you get this information?

People are discussing it in social networks. People want to help you.

I wish this information was not known in a public space. The thing is that at the moment my mother is not aware of these events. We are trying to keep her away from this. I hope she won't know. So I wish it wasn't in the tabloids.

I'm afraid many people know already, information has been disseminated on the Internet, especially on social networks. How can we help her?

The only thing that matters is that my mother is not bothered — it will be a great help. After the hospital, she will be sent to a convalescent resort, inshallah (if Allah wills — editor's note). Imagine if she finds out, what a concern it will be for her?

God forbid to someone to have with a similar situation. I wish her health!

We all will be tested. Allah himself said: ''Indeed, after we said lā ilāha illā -llāh (There is no god but Allah – editor's note) we will be tested. The 286th ayah of Surah al-Baqara says that Allah does not burden a soul more than he can withstand. May Allah give us to pass this test properly. This applies not only to me but also to all Muslims: will we be united or not? They sow discord between us, and in our multinational society of the Russian Federation. I hope we all will pass.

There is a very conflicting information about your supposed dismissal from the current job. What is actually happening?

The situation is following: the employer had no complaints against me, but the investigating committee pressed. The issue with them needed to be resolved. On arrival, I had to write a statement. As far as I know, the committee wrote three times that they did not give such instructions. I hope everything will be resolved a befitting way.

Where are you staying in Kumertau now?

I am in my apartment. There were journalists, tabloids outside my apartment. When I was entering the apartment, they were standing there. I said I do not give permission to shoot, but they insisted, rudely, and accused: ''You are a criminal, after all.'' A young woman said, ''We will edit as we want. And we will expose you from our point of view anyway.'' They are now waiting at the entrance, waiting for something.

What lessons have you learned from all that has happened?

I realised that you should always show patience (sabr), especially for those who said la ilaha illallah. It is known that Allah is with a believer who shows patience. Everyone whom Allah will show his mercy, he is under His protection. We need to take the tests properly and pass them. But you see how the public opinion exists against Muslims, we work a little on it: on the manifestation of the disposition. People say to me: ''You dress this way, but other Muslims drink, smoke, go naked.'' I didn't even think that at some time the Muslims will say: ''What is wrong with wearing short swimming trunks and swimming?'' This is wrong. As for the clothing, everyone must wear their own: aircrew have their, a doctor has his clothing, a flight attendant has his. If you call yourself a Muslim, then you must look the same as our forefathers-Muslims. There were in Russia Russian women, Russian men, and the clothes they wore like Russian women and Russian men did. But now they call themselves Russians, Muslims, but they look different. We need to work on our moral, shame, to show respect. But most importantly — we should learn. Alhamdulillah, we have now Islamic universities, madrasas being opened, but there are few who come to acquire knowledge. But we see how many young people in the night clubs. We, parents, ourselves do allow our children to do such things: that's ok if they are in a bar, talk to each other…
