Appearances at World Cups

The national team of Peru has been failing to qualify for the final part of world cups for 36 years. What's more, they already had such a temporary period of absence. The Peruvians unsuccessfully tried to go through the qualification from 1934 to 1970, but it wasn't anything more than qualification. Then the exit to the final part made the national team repeat this trick at two out of three world cups, then they were absent again.
