1. Five floors of justice in the capital of petrochemical industry
Realnoe Vremya publishes the review of the most interesting public procurements in Tatarstan. Today's review we start with the tender announced by the Judicial Department of the Republic of Tatarstan. They announced a tender for the construction of a building for the Nizhnekamsk City Court. The tender was announced on 17 June, the applications are accepted until 3 July. The auction takes place on 11 July. The initial maximum contract price is 245.9 million rubles.
According to the documentation, the Court must be located in the 15 th microdistrict of Nizhnekamsk. The court building will be T-shaped, five-floor. The area of the building — 29 to 35 meters. The ceiling height — 3.6 meters. The area of the site development — 1 thousand square meters, the total area — 3.9 thousand square meters, the useful area — 3.8 thousand square meters.
The winner will receive 45 million rubles before the end of this year; 75.2 million rubles — in 2017; 125.8 million rubles — in 2018.
2. The money was, the money will be… You hang in there, in KAMAZ
On 16 June VTB Bank PJSC announced a procurement from a single counterparty on the right to conclude the sponsorship contract. According to the procurement, the bank wants to sponsor the sports rally team KAMAZ-master. The declared cost of the sponsorship — 72.7 million rubles. Earlier, the management of the legendary team stated that there is a possibility thet it will not go to Dakar-2017 due to lack of funding. 'With great difficulty we find the funds for the Silk Road, but there is no money for Dakar and for the preparation for it,' said Vladimir Chagin. In this difficult moment the favourite sponsor of KAMAZ in the face of the State Bank decided not to leave athletes.
According to the documentation, the VTB Bank and the noncommercial partnership KAMAZ-Avtosport signed a contract according to which a sponsor provides funds for the preparation and holding sports and other events involving sports rally team KAMAZ-master in the period from the day of the contract signing to 30 April 2017. The sponsored holder undertakes to provide advertising services.
The sponsorship contribution is given in three parts: 41 million rubles — within five days after signing the contract, 21 million rubles — not later than 15 July of 2016, another 10.5 million rubles — not later than 15 October of 2016. The agreement has three annexes, the image of the logo of the bank, as well as on vehicles and equipment.
3. The Kremlin embankment will be watched
GISU of Tatarstan (the Main Investment and Construction Administration of Tatarstan) announced a tender for the supply and installation of 133 cameras in the places of a mass congestion of people in Kazan. The maximum procurement price is 31.3 million rubles.
According to the technical documentation, the order includes: 99 street fixed cameras, 35 controlled dome-cameras, 75 video recorders, as well as antennas, routers, modems, hard drives, and the uninterruptible power supplies. Most cameras (eight) will be established near the Palace of Agriculture and in the adjacent to the forested area.
4. Asphalt surface will be demolished and paver will be laid for the agricultural fairs
The Directorate for the competition policy and procurements of Kazan is ready to spend more than 20 million rubles for improvement of the territory of Kazan to host daily agricultural fairs.
According to the technical documentation, the sites for daily fairs will be established to reduce the places of unauthorized trade. For this there must be demolished existing asphalt surface, paver is to be laid, vending sheds and stalls must be installed, trash containers must be placed and outdoor lighting must be installed. The works must be completed by 30 September 2016.
5. 'The divers are looking for treasure'
The Ministry of Ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan announced a contest for underwater surveys of sunken and abandoned vessels located in the Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk Reservoirs. The maximum contract cost will be 14.9 million rubles.
According to the project, the survey should be carried out in three sites. Within 45 days after the signing of the contract, 13 sunken and abandoned ships must be examined within the boundaries of the activities of Nizhnekamsk district of waterways and shipping. Within 90 days — within the boundaries of the Kazan area of waterways and shipping on the Kama river, where there are 22 vessels. Within 150 days from the date of conclusion of the contract 42 sunken and abandoned vessels must be examined within the boundaries of the Kazan area of waterways and shipping on the Volga.
6. The roof over the head for the Crimean permanent representative… for 8.5 million rubles
The Ministry of Land and Property will acquire residential premises in Simferopol to grant to the permanent representative of Tatarstan in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol city for 8.5 million rubles.
The purchased housing must be in a radius of 5 kilometres of the office of the permanent mission located in Simferopol on the Schmidt Street. The apartment must be located not below the second floor. The apartment must have furniture, a gas cooker, oven, plastic windows. The area of the dwelling must be no less than 65 square meters. In the apartment — at least three rooms. The floors of the rooms and the corridor must be covered with laminate, of kitchen and bathrooms — ceramic tiles. The apartment must have a balcony or loggia, and in the yard there must be a place to park a car.
7. Historic mansion will be a pavilion… for KAMAZ and Kazan Helicopters
Glavinveststroy is looking for a contractor to develop the design documentation for the reconstruction and restoration of the building in Ostrovskogo Street, 6. The Agency is ready to pay for it up to 4.9 million. The competition was announced on 14 June, the applications will be considered on 8 July.
On the ground floor there must be the pavilions for the demonstration materials of KAMAZ JSC, Kazan Helicopters JSC. There also must be the premises for archives. On the second floor there must be administrative offices for a staff of 40 people. The building must be connected with its two neighbouring buildings with a common corridor.
The building was built in the second half of the XIX century, rebuilt in 1906 (the second floor was added). Since 2013, the building is the object of a cultural heritage of regional significance, in 1941-1942, an Italian writer and communist Giovanni Germanetto lived here.
8. A traffic light and a crossroad for a young pedestrian for 3 million rubles
The Directorate of financing the programmes of road safety is looking for a supplier of mobile auto cities for educational organizations. The Directorate is ready to pay for it up to 3.2 million. The tender was announced on 17 June, the contractor will be determined on 7 July.
According to the technical documentation, the Directorate will need 4 electrified models of transport and pedestrian traffic lights. The model is designed to carry out training lessons on the rules of the road. Besides, the management wants to obtain a four-way intersection with size at 3.7 to 3.7 meters. Also, a contractor also must supply a set of stands with road signs and a baton of a regulator.
9. Beware… the Volga banks will be examined from the bird's flight
The Ministry of Ecology of Tatarstan is looking for a contractor for aerial photo survey and the clarification of the coastline of the Kuibyshev Reservoir within the boundaries of Kazan, Zelenodolsk and Laishevsky regions. The order was announced on 16 June, the auction is held on 27 June. The maximum cost will be 2.96 million rubles.
According to the terms of the contract, the work must be completed within seven days after the signing of the contract. It must be investigated the coastline of the Kuibyshev Reservoir in Zelenodolsk rayon, Kazan, Laishevsky rayon, on the left bank of the Kuibyshev Reservoir: the left bank of the Zelenodolsk municipal rayon, along the municipal formation of Kazan (excluding the water area of the Kazanka river) and Laishevsky municipal district; the right bank of the Kuibyshev Reservoir along the Sviyazhsk interregional multimodal logistics center. It must be carried out aerial photo survey, airborne laser scanning of the shoreline, orthophotos, aerial work and the orthophotos in scale 1:1000.
10. Petrochemists will give money for Sabantuy
The Youth Affairs and Sport Administration of Executive Committee of Nizhnekamsk region will purchase the prizes for the federal Sabantuy in 2016, which will be held in Nizhny Novgorod. The Administration is ready to allocate for these purposes 905.6 thousand rubles. The contractor has become the Moscow Tekstiltorg Region PLC (the main activity — retail sale of electrical household appliances and radio and television goods). The founder of the company — Albert Avakov, CEO and owner of the St. Petersburg company Majesty production, the owner of Metallvendstroy PLC. Tekstiltorg Region is a regular performer of government contracts, supplying sewing equipment and appliances for schools and boarding schools of the Chuvash Republic, St. Petersburg, Chelyabinsk region…
