1. Medical helicopter for the Republican Clinical Hospital
The Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH) will purchase a helicopter at 218 million rubles. The purchase of a rotorcraft will be covered from the budget of Tatarstan and a supplier will be chosen on 4 July, 2016.

2. Goodbye, Samosyrovskaya landfill
The Committee of Housing and Communal Services of the Executive Committee of Kazan is preparing to carry out a complex of measures on preparation to the closure of Samosyrovskaya solid waste landfill with subsequent revegetation. The Committee is willing to spend for these purposes up to 127 million rubles. According to the technical specification, the aim of the work is the creation of a protective screen of the surface of the landfill to improve environmental living conditions for 250 thousand people. The work should also include reclamation of 31.6 ha of land and the liquidation of 15 million tonnes of waste. The works must be performed in the framework of the implementation of the documentation developed by Kazan Promstroyproject in 2010.
There should be constructed a bypass highway, the outside networks of sewers, a reservoir for collecting of filtrate and an accumulator tank of treated effluent. Besides, there should be arranged the drainage system for the withdrawal of biogas and an upper waterproofing layer from the membrane.
The contract will be valid until 31 January 2018. The works on the revegetation must take about 17 months.
3. Sviyazhsk quay will welcome 4-deck ships
Glavtatdortrans is thinking about the construction of the water approaches to the quay facility on the island of Sviyazhsk. The tender appeared on the portal of public procurements on 9 June. The state customer is willing to spend about 36 million rubles for the works. The tender is designed in the format of the purchase from a single supplier. The contract must be executed until 30 December 2016. The general design organization is Geotechnologies PLC, the general contractor — Kazan rayon of waterways and shipping, the branch of the Administration of the Volga Basin of internal waterways FBU.
The works include the dredging and compensatory measures for damages to fisheries. The works are to start at 1291st km of the main fairway on the Volga, and the end — berthing facilities on the left bank of the Sviyaga River. As a result of works there should be extracted not less than 168.8 thousand cubic meters of soil and the level bottom will be 45.5 meters. According to the plan, it will allow the 4-deck passenger ships and the ships 'Moscow' and 'Om' coming to the island. The dredging works must be done before the end of the navigation of 2016, and grown up young fish should be ready for release in the rivers Sviyaga and Volga not later than in the spring-autumn period in 2017. In other words, Sviyazhsk, which is considered the prototype of the island of Buyan from Pushkin's tales, now will regain the fabulous glory of the port city.

The winner of the contract is the public organization — the Tatarstan regional branch of the organization 'Russian student groups', which suggested to perform these works at the maximum price. By the way, last year it was allocated twice as much — 10 million rubles.
The contract is valid until 20 December of 2016. According to it, the contractor must organize a PR-campaign to attract 5 thousand volunteers, to develop three scenarios for the video of 30 seconds each, to create a video, to maintain a database of volunteers, to draft a project of the motivational programme, to develop a draft programme of the three-day Republican seminar on training, instructional preparation, training of practical mechanisms to attract volunteers in the environmental movement.
Besides, they need to create a brand identity of the environmental volunteer movement in the Republic of Tatarstan, to produce 1200 T-shirts, caps, 500 raincoats, 200 sets of gift hats, T-shirts, tank tops. They should carry out the environmental events: a flash mob in Kazan with the participation of 200 people, to organize the participation of volunteers in the all-Russian subbotnik (a community work day in Russia – editor's note) 'Green Russia', Day of forest planting in Tatarstan, Day without a car, a month of cleaning the area in 18 cities and districts with participation of cultural figures, politicians, the public and 5 thousand volunteers. Besides, the organizer must provide the equipment — gloves, bags for collecting garbage, brooms and rakes.

7. The Medical university will purchase training dummies
On 10 June, the Kazan State Medical University (KSMU) announced a tender for the supply of mannequins-simulators. The maximum amount will be 3.74 million rubles. Applications will be accepted until 27 June, and the tender will be held on 30 June.
According to the technical documentation, the University needs four mannequins that simulate an adult, for practising cardiopulmonary resuscitation, four trainers of an automatic external defibrillator, four controllers for the correct implementation of techniques of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
This order also includes four modules of the extremities with simulated bleeding for dummy simulator for 147 thousand rubles apiece (for a total of 590 thousand rubles) and a dummy that simulates 'a 6-7 years old child' for obtaining and practicing skills in cardiopulmonary resuscitation, techniques of applying of vascular tourniquet, immobilization of a limb, bandaging. The cost of such mannequin is about 172 thousand rubles. The stated contract period — August 2016.
8. Through the tunnel to the zoo
The Main Investment and Construction Administration of the Republic of Tatarstan (GISU RT) signed a contract with Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt on the development of design documentation for the construction of the tunnel of the Kazan Zoological and Botanic Garden. The contract value will be 3.472 million rubles. The funding is provided from the budget of the region in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers from December of 2015. The documentation must be developed within four months.
Besides, the engineering-geological surveys should be carried out, including field and drilling works, as well as the static probing of soils, laboratory works, office processing.
The tunnel needs to be lit, with an area of 170.4 sq. m. This will require a mountain complex for penetration with capacity at 0.15 million tonnes per year. Besides, the territory of an area at 0.07 ha must be landscaped.

210 thousand rubles will be spent on the interior decoration of the Tatar izba of the beginning of XX century, 750 thousand rubles — for the assembly of a village house and a rustic barn. 400 thousand rubles will be spent on the design of four retail shops and wooden gazebos. Another 600 thousand rubles will be spent on installation and dismantling of the pavilions at no less than 18 to 14 meters. On 7 June, the Directorate of funding of the safety programmes in the Republic of Tatarstan signed the contract for the supply of equipment for video monitoring. The total cost of the contract amounted to 13.7 million rubles — the executor has become the I-T-N PLC of Mikhail Adaev in Nizhny Novgorod.
According to the specification, the company must deliver 287 police video recorder PAVR-002 at 27 550 rubles apiece. The cameras are remote-mount on clothing. Besides, it will be delivered 38 complexes of information registration 'Patrul'.
At the same time, the Directorate also signed another interesting contract. We are talking about the supply of 19 educational-karts. 11 of them cost 455.8 thousand rubles — the model Rimo Mini. Other 8 karts — Rimo Evo 5, at 492 thousand rubles apiece. The total amount of the order accounted to 8.95 million rubles. The contractor is Carting PLC.
Also, on 7 June, the Directorate signed a contract with Telecomstroy PLC at 4.975 million rubles for the development of project documentation for the reconstruction of the automated system of traffic management in Kazan.
