These structures are carefully camouflaged and I believe they are integrated in the public administration. All this should be checked.

As for the rumours about alleged ties of Sergey Kiriyenko with Scientologists, I must remind you that this man was involved in the revival of the memory of Orthodox saints in the Volga region (for example, he helped to do preparation for the birthday of Sergius of Radonezh), he supported the Muslims as well. It is unlikely he could be a Scientologist. Rather, it is the thrust of sectarians themselves to smear well-known names.
