Composites Without Borders: Rosatom's laboratory opens in KNRTU-KAI

On 25 October, the opening of the scientific and educational laboratory specialized competence centre Technologies of Composites on the basis of the university took place in KNRTU-KAI. The laboratory is a joint project of Kazan National Research University named after A.N. Tupolev and UMATEX (Rosatom). The new laboratory includes the 3D modelling class, the hall for manufacturing tooling for moгlding the prototype car from composite materials, the moulding laboratory and the finished product laboratory, where the finished product is cured in the heating cabinet.
