The construction of the Academy, the restoration of the Cathedral: the Kremlin hosted the meeting of the Board of Trustees of Vozrozhdenie Fund

On 29 April, in the Kazan Kremlin there was held an extended meeting of the Trustee Board of Republican Fund of the revival of monuments of history and culture of RT. RT President Rustam Minnikhanov, state counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev, Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov took part in the meeting work.

Rustam Minnikhanov reminded that on 4 November 2015 he signed the decree 'On creation of the Bolgarian Islamic Academy and the reconstruction of the Cathedral of Our Lady of Kazan'. The simultaneous construction in the Republic of two important facilities for Muslims and Orthodox fully meets held in Tatarstan policies to promote international peace and harmony, he said.
