872 days 75 years ago: Leningrad siege survivors congratulated in Kazan City Hall

Leningrad siege survivors have been congratulated in Kazan City Hall today. The solemn reception is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the end of the city's siege from Nazi aggressors. 40 Leningrad siege survivors and Great Patriotic War veterans became the guests of the event.

The siege lasted for 872 days - from 8 September 1941 to 27 January 1944.
