Tatarstan gas and petrochemical forum: NKNKH's jubilee, living statues of petrochemists and virtual reality for Pesoshin

The biggest international event in the oil and gas sector of Russia - 2017 Tatarstan Gas and Petrochemical Forum - opened in the capital of Tatarstan in Kazan Fair exhibition centre on 6 September. Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, Deputy Director of the Department of Chemical Engineering and Timber Processing Complex of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Pavel Filatkin, President of the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia Gennady Shmal and other took part in the opening ceremony.

This year the forum is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Nizhnekamskneftekhim PJSC. Over 200 companies from Russia, Germany, Austria, China, Taiwan, South Korea and the Republic of Belarus will participate in the forum. Such big industrial enterprises as TAIF Group of Companies, Tatneft PJSC, Transneft PJSC, Kazancompressormash PJSC and other represented Tatarstan.
