'National is topical': procession in costumes and festive concert on the Kremlin Embankment

National is Topical ethnic and cultural festival has taken place on the eve of Russia Day in Kazan. The festival started with a People's Friendship Parade, continued with a festive concert of artists of the Republic of Tatarstan and ended with a youth ethnic music concert.
