'Celebration of life's victory over death': Easter service at Assumption Cathedral

Orthodox Christian celebrated the bright Easter Day on 2 May night. Head of the Tatarstan Metropolis His Grace Kirill chaired the Easter service at the Assumption Cathedral in the Kazan Kremlin. Last year, Orthodox Christian churches were closed for worshippers on Christ's Resurrection Day last year because of the coronavirus pandemic. This year it was decided not to close them.
