Patriarch Kirill's visit: how the head of the Russian Orthodox Church was welcomed in Kazan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, plenipotentiary representative of Russian Patriarch of Moscow and all Russia Kirill arrived in the Tatarstan metropolis to pay his primatial visit. President in the Volga District Mikhail Babich, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin and Metropolitan of Kazan and Tatarstan Feofan welcomed him at the airport.
