Today is the first President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaimiev's 79th birthday. Shaimiev has served the people and the government for most of his life. Within the scope of the common photo project with the famous photographer of Kazan Mikhail Kozlovsky, Realnoe Vremya prepared a selection of photographs of the last 25 years.
