Vitaly Milonov: ‘It is very disgusting when a silicone silly woman is walking on the beach with no bra’

The scandalous deputy advocates the Muslim swimsuit

Recently in Cannes it has been officially banned to swim in the burkini — women's swimwear for Muslim women. The city head David Lisnar explained this decision by the fact that such clothing stresses the religious affiliation and may lead to violations of public order. These statements caused a wave of indignation throughout the world. However, on the island of Corsica there was a mass brawl after a tourist tried to take a picture of bathers in burkini. Such news from France was not left without the attention of the Petersburg Deputy Vitaly Milonov, standing on guard to protect the feelings of the believers. According to him, not Muslims but the authorities of European countries are to blame for such conflicts. In the newspaper column written specially for Realnoe Vremya, the parliament member defends the burkini and calls for ban on nude beaches in Russia.

Wrong migration policy

First of all, I want to note that I think very poorly of the incorrect migration policy in Europe. In France, for example, people can't set quotas or bans on the admission of people who are refugees. Although it is still a question whether they are refugees. The fact is that most of them do not need shelter — they just want a good life.

The reaction should be following: 'How could they? How did they dare?'. This means that if we find ourselves in a Muslim country, then, by analogy, they should demand us to remove the cross when bathing because it is a symbol of religious affiliation. For example, I always have in my hands the prayer bids, they should require to remove them either. But the thing is that we won't be required to do this in the Emirates, in Turkey and other countries.

It's one thing — to admit in your country God knows who in the number of tens-hundreds of thousands of people. Another thing — to deal not with what is necessary. It is necessary to deal with the fact that the laws are not observed; people do not learn the language, do not accept some social rules. It is wrong to fight against the fact that a person is a believer. Especially it is wrong to force to remove his or her religious attribute.

That's why I am against that they tried to take a headscarf off a Russian Muslim girl. If a girl is a believer, may God give her strength and health. If her faith is true, not a set of symbols to cover some kind of extremism (not necessarily associated with any particular religion), then I wish her well-being!

If the mayor of Cannes appeals to secularism, then he should know that secularism is not atheism. These concepts are often confused. The position of militant atheists very often mimics like cancer: at first, it seems to be not dangerous. Secularism assumes the freedom to confess any faith. This involves the constitutional protection of the right for the freedom of religion. That is why Russia is a secular state which does not force anyone to wear the hijab or the cross. But the secular state is obliged to guarantee people their right to practice their religious rites freely.

Atheist challenge

I am more outraged by the women who bathe naked, or without the upper part of a swimsuit, or in swimwear that does not cover anything. It is debauchery, it must be fined. But if a person bathes in what is more full than is usual in Europe, cover parts of the body, then let them bath. I am sure that grandmothers of the mayor used to swim in a conservative swimsuit. But when a silicone silly woman is walking on the beach with no bra, it is very disgusting.

Naturally, swimming without top — it is an outright debauchery. It quietly sneaks to us, especially in the European part of Russia, and is already considered normal. But it's not normal, it is shameless behavior. The nudist beaches should not be allowed in any case. It is a pure abomination in the eyes of God, because the Lord sent us all to shame. We, the Muslims, Jews and Christians, know that the man and woman, Adam and Eve, covered nakedness because we are not in the divine state, left to live on Earth. In fact, it is a atheistic challenge when you want to walk naked. It is a shamelessness, like any mold, whether it is a small point, spoils the whole fruit. Such filth should not be allowed.

Of course, I can't make Orthodox women wear some form of a swimwear. It so happened that in Christianity there is no such dress code, especially for bathing. Now it will be difficult to offer one. But I have no right to condemn those who personally chooses more conservative clothing, and I won't do it ever. It is possible to behave more or less modest in a swimsuit and to act slutty in a long garment, be like prostitutes. The size of a bathing suit does not guarantee piety actions.

I also can not dictate men what bathing suit to wear. For swimmers they can be shorter, for others — longer. It is a matter of individual choice. Primary is the internal humility, which is then manifested in dress and behavior.

Ostrich position of the state

As for the riots in Corsica, when a man decided to photograph a woman in a Muslim swimsuit, I will say folowing. It is incorrect to photograph women, children — all who is resting on the beach, especially without their permission. People on the beach, in fact, are in lingerie. They come there to relax but not to become an object of someone else's snapshots.

Unfortunately, there are plenty of newcomers in the European Union. And sometimes these girls from the new European citizens try to make so they were photographed. But this is clearly not such case. When our wives, sisters, daughters are on the beach, why in the world would they want to be photographed? This is totally dishonest and immoral. This should not be permitted. Maybe this tourist-photographer is some kind of a pervert.

The state is behaving like an ostrich with its head in the sand and does not want to understand some nuances and to determine that there is a right not only for freedom but also for protection of some beliefs. When a state does not want to do anything, then vigilante justice starts. Vigilante justice it is private actions in due to inaction of the state and society. And the people themselves take matters into their own hands, as the representatives of the Maghreb communities did. They just needed somewhere to write that it is impossible or wrong. And this man, who photographed women, should have been punished.
