''We’re lucky because we’ve got a dwelling under the additional scheme''
Almost 1,500 Kazanorgsintez workers could use benefits when buying flats
The next peopling in Rainbow took place with Kazanorgsintez workers. 26 workers of the company will give a house-warming party this time. It's notable that the new blocks of flats the factory workers are moving in are located on Nail Yusupov Street, which is named after the former KOS director general. 1,345 workers of the enterprise in total have received flats under different preferential schemes from 2014 to 2018. Hundreds of families are still in the queue for the new dwelling. Realnoe Vremya tells the details.
''The construction is personally supervised by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov''
680 Kazan families could get the keys to their long-awaited blocks of flats No. 11 and No. 13 on Nail Yusupov Street in Rainbow micro-district on a warm autumn day. 26 families of Kazanorgsintez PJSC workers were among them.
The future residents came to people the block early in the morning, some people had been standing in the queue from 5 a.m. Young families came with children. One of the families expected the peopling together with a tabby cat, which must enter the flat's threshold first. Children immediately swarmed the new playground. The second stage of Rainbow, which is the 7 th and 8th quarter, consists of 10 blocks of flats for 2,924 flats, the total area is 184,000 square metres. Eight blocks of flats with 2,584 flats of the 8th quarter are 60% ready. According to the construction's draft, Rainbow's three stages will have 94 blocks of flats with 25,441 flats, of which 19 blocks of the first stage were peopled. Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimayev congratulated the micro-district's residents on the joyous event. He told the blocks of flats were built by Ak Tash PLC well and commissioned on time.
''It's planned to complete the construction of the second-stage blocks of flats in Rainbow micro-district till the end of December together with the State Housing Fund under the Tatarstan President. Another eight blocks are about to be ready, which will be commissioned till the end of the year. The construction is personally supervised by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov,'' Ilshat Gimayev claimed.
Deputy Executive Director of the State Housing Fund under the Tatarstan President Vladimir Nikiforov welcomed the guests and drew the attention to the fact that a warm sunny weather adorned the festivity. He also added if the residents had complaints about the flats' state, the contractor would get rid of them on time. Deputy Director General of Ak Tash Dmitry Bykov promised to get rid of the complaints of the new residents. He told Realnoe Vremya's correspondent that two kindergartens for 220 places were planned to be built on the territory of the 8 th complex. One of them will be located behind the block of flats No. 13 on Nail Yusupov Street, the other will be a bit further. The construction of kindergartens is planned to begin this year.
1,345 families with flats on preferential programmes
A happy owner of a new flat – compressor engineer of the ethylene plant at Kazanorgsintez PJSC Farid Garifullin – shared the good news with Realnoe Vremya's correspondent. He told he filled in an application to get a flat as soon as he joined Orgsintez. ''As soon as it was my turn, I got a one-bedroomed flat. I'm very happy it has happened. I know that many Kazanorgsintez employees have been new residents today. It's a joyous and long-awaited event for many workers,'' added Farid Garifullin.
The possibility of purchasing a flat on preferential conditions is an important stimulus when joining the enterprise. In 2014-2016, Kazanorgsintez had three housing schemes at once: Social Mortgage, Development of Industrial Complexes in the Republic of Tatarstan and Additional Housing Scheme. A worker could have three financing sources: a loan equal to 277,000 rubles, which the enterprise gave, his own money and a loan from Avers Bank. From 2014 to 2016, the enterprise was given a quota for 1,600 workers. The enterprise continued its work on the social mortgage since 2017. Many Kazanorgsintez workers already live in their new flats, while others will people later. 675 Kazanorgsintez workers gave house-warming parties last year. 1,345 factory workers in total could get a dwelling under different preferential schemes from 2014 to the first quarter of 2018.
''It's a big bonus the factory can afford a housing scheme''
The Khusnutdinovs family has got a flat on the additional housing construction scheme for TAIF GC employees this March. Both spouses work at Kazanorgsintez. Lilia Khusnutdinova, Kazanorgsintez PJSC warehouse keeper, told they had been waiting for the flat for long.
''We're lucky because we've got a flat under the additional scheme. We'd been in the queue for a three-bedroomed flat since 2017. We have two children, we wanted them to have their own room, we wanted to have our own room. My spouse has been working at Kazanorgsintez as a forklift truck driver for 16 years, I've been working as a warehouse keeper for one year,'' Lilia Khusnutdinova told Realnoe Vremya's correspondent. Before the move, the family lived in a two-bedroomed flat of 51 square metres, the new dwelling's area totals 89 square metres.
''We've moved into a clean, spacious flat,'' Khusnutdinova shares her impressions. ''The children have their own room, they are jumping, running. The children are happy, the big number of places to play in gladdens them most. We considered other options to buy a flat too. But the price in Rainbow attracted us anyway. If prices in the city start with 50,000 per square metre, we purchased for 34,400 rubles per square metre,'' noted Lilia Khusnutdinova.
Kazanorgsintez PJSC Technical Security System Department's engineer Artur Gainullin's family has also moved to Rainbow residential complex this March. But they had to wait more: Artur Gainullin joined the queue for a one-bedroomed flat in 2014. He purchased the flat for cash. ''We're happy to have changed residence. I used to live in Zhilploschadka. I could live in the new flat from the first day. We didn't make any home improvement, we bought only furniture. It's a big bonus the factory gave me such a chance that I can afford a housing scheme, which is able to support young families,'' told Artur Gainullin.
